If you own a house (residential, commercial, or rental), you must register your property for Property Tax. If you do not know about the Online Property Tax System then follow these steps:-
- In the first place, you have to visit the official website of South Delhi Municipal Corporation i.e. http://mcdonline.gov.in/
- A homepage of South Delhi MC will open before you.
- You have to complete the login process. If you have not registered your property then register it first.
- After login, you have to click on the Property Tax option.
- Now, a new page will open where you must search your property by house name, owner name, Property ID, etc.
- Then, click on the search button. Now you can see the house details and owner details.
- After that, you have to scroll down and click on the Payment option.
- You can see the amount of the property tax.
- You will be redirected to the new tab where you must pay the amount through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.
- Receipt of the property tax will be sent to your email ID.
