  3. Then log in with your mobile number or ULB number in case you are not registered click below on Not registered yet.
  4. Once you log in or get registered enter your property details such as District, village, Locality, House Number Name of the Property owner, and Property number.
  5. Now you have filled in the details you can proceed with the online payment. Payment can be done by using a Debit / Credit card or any other online mode of Payment.

Steps to Download No Dues Certificate in Nagar Nigam Panipat

Property Tax Exemptions and Rebates in Panipat Municipal Corporation

The Municipal Corporation of Panipat (Nagar Nigam Panipat) provides a rebate of 30% to owners who pay their property tax within 45 days once they receive the Notification and those who pay their tax by July 31st get a rebate of 10%. Apart from that buildings which are related to religious property like temples, gurdwara, churches, or mosques are exempted from Property tax.

The Tax deductions against Income from Property is applicable in the following cases:

  • In case you are renting your house then the rent will be considered part of your Income.
  • In case you have more than one house the Net Annual Value of the houses will be considered as your income.
  • In case you own 1 house and you are living there the income from Property will be considered as zero. Any income derived from the rent and annual additional houses will be subject to tax deductions made under Section 24.
  • The Non-Payment of Property tax has serious consequences it can lead to penalties or both. It can also make it difficult for the property owners to sell the property later.
