Paying property or house tax is easy through the online portal. Property owners should pay the taxes on time to avoid delay charges. The tax rate for Amritsar Municipal Corporation is as follows;

  • Residential property between 100-500 square yards: 0.50% of the property’s value
  • Residential property above 500 square yards: 1% of the property’s value
  • Educational properties: 1.50% of the property’s value

  6. Make the payment using your debit or credit card.
  7. You will receive a receipt number.

Steps to Download Property Tax Payment Receipt

To download and print your receipt, do the following:-

  2. On the left-hand side, click on the “Receipt” button.
  3. Enter your receipt number, service category, consumer code, and mobile number. Under the service category, select Amritsar.
  4. Click on the “Search” button to see all past receipts. Select the month and year, then download the receipt for future reference.
