How to Pay BMC Property/ House/ Holding Tax Online?

  3. Now login to the website by using the property Account Number and enter the captcha.
  4. The Property Details will be displayed on the Screen.
  5. You need to verify the details and enter the amount to be paid as tax.
  6. Payment can be made by using Credit, Debit card, or Net Banking.
  7. Once the payment is completed receipt will be generated which can be used for future reference.

How to Calculate Tax for Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation?

  1. Go to the same official web portal at ptaxportal.mcgm.gov.in/login
  2. Then click on the “Tax Calculator” option on the web homepage.
  3. Once You Reach the Next page enter details like ward, zone, sub-zone, occupancy type, date of effect, category, carpet area, and tax code.
  4. Click on Calculate the Tax. The MGM property tax payment details will be displayed on the screen.

BMC Property Tax Details via Email

The MCGM will also mail you your Property tax bill via email if you fill out your KYC form on the MCGM Portal. Once you open the portal you will see a notification for KYC you need to click on the same. Once that is done all alerts, notifications, and bills will be sent to your registered email id. To Complete your KYC formalities you need to upload the required documents on the website and enter your email ID and mobile number. Once the KYC is completed you will receive a confirmation link on your email id.
