- On the left-hand side of the page, you will see the icon “Online Services”.
- Under this section, click “View-and-Pay-Property-Tax” for Online Payment.
- You will be directed to a new page under which you will see Terms and Conditions click on the Agree box.
- A new page will open up you need to then click View & Pay Property Tax Online.
- You then have to enter Your Property ID, Aadhar number, Phone number, or Bill Number.
- Then Click on the Search Button.
- You will then see the Agartala Property Tax online bill. Click on that and Proceed with the payment.
Property Tax Calculation in Agartala Municipal Corporation
Agartala MC Property tax is paid every year. Agartala Property tax rates depend on the type of building range from 0.3 per sqft to Rs 1.80 per sqft. It is calculated on 5% of the Total Property value.

- Enter the details below Property ID number, Aadhar number, and mobile number.
- Click on the search button you will receive an OTP.
- Then enter the received OTP for verification.
- You will reach the page where you can see the property details, pay tax, and download the certificate.
Property Ownership Changes and Corrections
The Agartala Municipal Corporation also offers its residents changes or corrections if required on the property.
